The DCS Policy

In order to have a clean and fun game for everyone, The Dragon Claw Studio has the following policies:

• We no longer try to reply to every Bug Report as in the end, only a handful of them are actual bugs. We will now only reply to those who have submitted true and major bugs. We will still read and investigate every bug report.

• This new policy is in place to prevent users from sending false bug report and/or asking questions on the game to the Dev directly.

• We no longer answer non technical questions about the game itself (such as help with quests, rules clarification etc…) on The Divine Chat or by SoD. This policy is in place to insure everyone has access to the same knowledge of the game. If you have a question it is a good idea to post on the FaitH Forum.

• We will no longer respond to bug report posted on the forum. In fact, we will delete these threads.

• In the case of someone posting a bug on the forum, our admin will note it and forward it to the dev team. He will also warn the user to use the “Report a Bug” link instead.

• The dev team will post on the forum which bug has been fixed in order to inform the community.

• This policy is in place to prevent users from abusing known bugs.

• Suggestions about balance issues are, as always, welcomed on the forum as long as the user doesn’t flag the thread as a bug.

• We reserve the rights to delete every post we feel doesn't belong in the FaitH Forum.

• We also reserve the right to ban/restrict access to the Forum, Divine Chat and/or the game itself.
