The price of an item is (base cost)*(1 - (Well Stones Bonus) - (0.20 if Merchant Charm) - (Charisma Bonus)) where the charisma bonus is MIN(Charisma/500, 0.50). The Merchant of DreamS always sells at the base price. Here is the Items Table
