• AC: Army Commander (Position in Kingdom).
• Ar Tower: Magica Tower, Ar Magica Tower.

B

• Bug: Any kind of recurring problem caused by a glitch in programming etc.
• BR: Battle Report

C

• Cat: Catapult (Unit).
• Channel: Chat Channel in Afternet (what you get when you hit the chat button)
• Char: Charisma.
• Comm: Commission, the amount of gold that is taken from a merchant each ts.

• CoT: Children of Targar. Also kiddies or kids.
• CP: Chaos Points.
• CR: Close Range (Used to describe units, sometimes referred to as SR for Short Range. Relative to LR).

D

• DC: Divine Chat. The chat program. Also called "Chat"
• DCS: Dragon Claw Studio. The creators of the game.
• Def Strat: Defensive Strategy. Self-explanatory really. (Relative to: Strat, Off Strat).
• Dev: Developer, basically the gods of the game (i.e. Gomi)
• DM: Divine Might (WM DP)
• DMoV: Dark Monks of Valaya (Trinity Unit).
• DoQ: Defender of the Queen (Riftian Unit). Can also be DotQ.
• DotQ: Defender of the Queen (Riftian Unit). Can also be DoQ.
• DP: Divine Power. You get them as you increase in level.
• DQ.net: divinequest.net

E

• EA: Elven Archer (Riftian Unit).
• Emp.: Emperor/Empress. You are one! Surprisingly enough an emperor/empress ranks lower than a King/Queen!
• EP: Experience Points. Usually known as EXP.
• Exp: Experience Points
• ES: Emperor's Scroll. Your KD's Forum.
• ETA: Estimated time of arrival. Usually used to ask when an attack is scheduled to land, or how long it's going to be for an event to happen.

F

• FE: Fire Elves (Riftian Unit).
  • Also used to denote a player using the free trial version of the game.
• Flame: Verb ('To flame someone', the act of 'flaming' etc). Not an abbreviation really. It means to throw abuse and insults at someone. It should be avoided, at least in public forums.
• Freebie: Players who are using the free trial version of the game. Slightly degrading.
• FS: Foot Soldiers (Riftian Unit).
• FT: Free Trialer OR FaitH time (GT)

G

• Gargs: Gargoyle statues (trinity equivalent of war tower).
• GB: Gang Bang. Rarely used abbreviation. Used in Context. Offensive for some players. It means multiple attacks by more than one province on the same target.
• GC (gc): Gold Coins.
  • Also used for Goblin Commander (Trinity Unit).
• Gen: General. The guys and gals you have to lead your armies.
• GG: Goblin Grunts (Trinity Unit).
• Gomi: Gomiza Darkblow, the creator of the game. Also known as Z!, or Zack.
• GT: Game Time. It works differently than RT.

H

• HSD: Hinder Shadow defense (NOTE: Help Shadow Defense is RSD)
• Imbalance: A situation in which a player ability, unit, or strategy is powerful out of proportion to its cost to the player using it. Both positive or negative imbalances exist.

I

• Int: Intelligence.

J

• JoaT: Jack of All Trades (Class). Also known as JAT.

K

• KD: Kingdom.
• Kid(s): Child of Targar. Gives you bonusses in the WoK
• KM: Kingdom Mate. Also known as KD-Mate.
• KoN: Knight of Nothingness (Riftian Unit). Written slightly differently, it is also an insult in French…

L

• Loophole: A feature of the game used in a way not intended by the creator/s of the game, which allows one or more people to gain an unfair advantage.
• LR: Long Range (Used to describe units. Relative to CR).

M

• MA: Refers to the Monitor Armies rogue op.
• MA: Military Academy (100 WF). MA is almost always "Monitor Army" though
• Magica Tower: Ar Magica Tower.
• Mate: Kingdom Mate. Also known as KM.
• Mem Bottle: Bottle of Memiryo Spirits.
• Mem.(spirits): Memiryo spirits. Boosts the morale of peasants/goblins.
• Merch: Merchant (Class).
• MoC: Minister of Communications (Position in Kingdom).
• Mod: Moderator. Someone who checks the forums to see that people are not getting to far out of line. Also has a number of other duties.
• MoV: Monks of Valaya (built to block spells)
  • sometimes incorrectly referring to Dark Monks of Valaya
• MP: Magic Points. You need them to cast spells.
• MR: Mind Raper (Trinity Unit, more commonly called a Raper).
• MS: Mind Sclavus (Trinity Unit, more commonly called a Sclavus, or Sclavii plural).
• Multi: Someone who is cheating by having more than two Provinces in the game (Highly Illegal).

N

• Newbie: A New Player. Slightly more polite than Noob.
• Noob: A New Player. A slightly degrading title as it insinuates (quite correctly) that the said noob shall be committing a great number of errors in the immediate future. Also known as Newbie.
• n00b: A player who is not new, but tends to play like a Noob.

O

• Off Strat: Offensive Strategy. The way you choose to go to war. (Relative to: Strat, Def Strat).
• Op: Rogue Operation.

P

• PE: Premium Edition Player: someone who pays to play
• PF: Private Forum. Also known as ES.
• Peon: Peasant. For some reason peons give you money each GT week…
• Pezzie: Peasant. Also known as Peon.
• PiK: Position in Kingdom. Roles assigned by the King/Queen of each KD.
• PM: Private Message.
• Pos: Position in Kingdom. Also PiK
• PoR: Priest of Rift (Riftian Unit).
  • Also used for Priestess of Rift (Riftian Unit).
• Prov: Province. Its what you are ruling.
• PS: Power Score. Also stands for Post Scriptum, when added at the end of a letter…

R

• Random: A person that randomly ends up in your KD.
• RE: Riftian Enchantress
• RSD: Reinforce Shadow Defense (also Help Shadow Defense)
• RT: Real Time, i.e. not GT.

S

• SM: Shadow Master (Position in Kingdom).
  • Also commonly used to refer to Slave Market.
• SoD: Scroll of Destiny. Also, an insult in English. Used to communicate with other Emps. You can also receive SoDs from in-game characters.
• Sorc: Sorceress of Valaya (Trinity Unit). Also SoV.
• SoV: Sorceress of Valaya (Trinity Unit). Also Sorc
• Stats: Your KD and Prov statistics. You can see how well you are doing from here.
• Strat: Strategy: Your plan to survive in the blood-soaked lands of Aloradius.
• SW: Soulless Warriors (Trinity Unit).

T

• Tech: Technology. You buy it from the ToK.
• ToK: Tree of Knowledge.
• Trin: Trinity.
• TR: Terror Resistance

V

• Valk: Valkiry(Riftian Unit).
• Vamp: Vampire of the Black Rose (Trinity Unit). Also VoBR.
• Vet: Veteran. The opposite of a noob, and not a n00b.
• VoBR: Vampire of the Black Rose (Trinity Unit). Also Vamp.
• VP: Vampiric Priest (Trinity Unit).

W

• War: War Tower (Used in Context).
• War: Warfare.
• Watch: Watch Tower (Used in Context).
• WF: White Flag.
  • Also often used for warfare.
• WFT: White Flag Time.
• Wiz: Wizard (Class). Sometimes Wizzie.
• WM: War Master (Class).
• WoK: Well of Knowledge.
• WR: The War Room. Common for all the KD.
• WT: Watch Tower, or War Tower, depending on how its used

X

• XP: Experience Point. Each action you complete earns you a number of XPs. When you have enough you shall go up a level. Sometimes referred to as EP.

Z

• Zircos: Potion of Zircos. Makes MP go up…
• Zirc: Potion of Zircos.
• Zork: Zorlock (Trinity Unit). There is a strong current that insists that the correct term is Zorl...
• Zorl: Zorlock (Trinity Unit). Occasionally known as Zork.
